This is almost a good place to enjoy an evening out, but it has missed the mark on several occasions now, for these reasons: The bill has been wrong on 3 occasions - overcharged for drinks or drinks not ordered are on the bill; and management waitstaff do not correct it - like they are scared of owner because “it’s in the system and alcohol can’t be removed from ticket or it messes up the liquor stats” (ridiculous!) but they’ll give you 10% off the bill if you want to stand your ground on principle, which doesn’t cover the difference of overcharges.
The pizza is a joke. It’s so thin with nothing on it, and it barely passes as pizza - Costco has better pizza for $10! The wings for nearly $30 (???) - don’t waste your time on the food that doesn’t melt in your mouth and make you want more. It’s not delicious.
The service is okay, only because waitstaff over smiles you for the long wait times for drinks and food and errors. One visit, I didn’t even get the least time consuming food item for a child (a piece of pita bread!) and left after over an hour had passed.
No joke - but we kept going back because it’s a great atmosphere and maybe they’d get it together.
The Mulekick could be such a great place, but it just misses the mark with not-so-great food that’s far overpriced for what you get. Stop raising the prices, prepare better foods, charge accurately for alcohol purchased because we’d easily and happily put our money into your pocket.
Disappointed yet again. You’d be better off driving to Flying Heart - where the beer is brewed on site, the customer service is great, the atmosphere is relaxing and fun, and the pizza is so consistently delicious you’ll return again and again.
I can’t believe how MuleKick has received this many great reviews. Try Flying Heart - you’ll get true well rounded experiences of what ambiance, amazing pizza, and good...
Read moreVery disappointing. Drove an hour at the recommendation of a friend. Arrived roughly 430pm, only 3 tables were in use when we arrived. We had to ask the waitress to clean the table when seated and spent $115.00 plus a $10.00 tip = $125.00. EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE WAS POOR AND THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. Probably will never be returning.
To be fair, the appetizers were ok and the beer cheese with the pretzels were good.
The rest of the meal was room temperature and not exactly what we ordered. The honey sriracha wings taste like Thyme and something else, NO HEAT at all and NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Mango HABANERO should be spicey and was not at all. The calzone and the rest of the food taste like a container of salt was spilt into the food. Obviously, all processed out of the package food. Customers at another table complained about the same thing.
We did complain to the waitress and our food was less than 1/4 eaten, for our complaint we received a $115.00 bill.
IF there is a chef at this location, you should be ashamed.
Ordered: Bavarian pretzels Stuffed Jalapenos 15 wings (honey sriracha), with fries 8 wings (mango habanero), with fries 1 Meatball calzone 1 root beer 1 dark beer 2 mixed drinks
Bottom line, if you're reading this looking for a place to eat, KEEP...

Cons: Limited seating, there's only about 4 tables inside that seat more than 2 people, and the 2 person tables are very, very small. Parking is awkward and limited Pizza size options are weird. They have a 7" and a 16" with regular pizza dough, or a 10" with a Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Cheddar crust, so you can't get a medium sized pizza on regular dough.
Neutral: Tables are round (this may be problematic for large groups) Has candy and drinks available for purchase
Please note, this is a new establishment that is open, but not finished, it appears as though they are still working on building a patio, a functioning drive-thru, and possibly some other things that may alleviate situations such as parking. Do not let the website scare you away from giving MuleKick a shot, it was overall a positive experience with potential to improve and the food...
