Ok so where do i begin. I ordered chicken wings w bbq sauce 1 small pizza w pineapple and ham And a jack daniels cheeseburger And it arrived at 840-845

First of all the young lady who was taking orders over the phone is insisting that she repeated my order when i am 100 percent sure about what i ordered. I even tried calling and being extremely polite and mentioning how I understand things are hard for first responders during the covid crisis going on. I mentioned this because i appreciate the hard work going on from our first responders. So i opened my order. Sodas were missing.The chicken wings were extremely old. I have pictures for proof. I Offered to show the manager and was denied ability to show what i was referring to. Only being told that i was basically lying. I was sent an order of chicken tenders w fries I NEVER ORDERED! The burger was edible ,but when you hear jack daniels cheeseburger you imagine something savory and with flavor not just burger bun cheese some sauce... The fries came in aluminum foil and therefore extremely soggy. No ketchup,napkins, forks, or other utensils. Asked to speak with the manager, After being told by the cashier that i was lying about the chicken. I offered to send a picture to the manager to see the chicken wings but was told that there was no way to send chicken wings back and i would just have to take them. They did however offer to refund the chicken tenders and French fries even though i never ordered them. I sent both back. After i mentioned that i was gonna be leaving a review on google maps and was told by the manager that i was acting childish and that only a child would leave a review on Google and then i was hung up on. Now for those who kept track of my order and are wondering how the pizza w pineapple and ham was.. it wasnt bad.. i slighty enjoyed that atleast. Now hopefully management enjoys this review. I called in to order a couple hoagies. She had a very hard time understanding what a garden cheesesteak/California cheesesteak was even though it’s on the menu so I explained what it was just in case she was confused… pretty basic lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, cheese, steak bun. So I live just about a mile down the street from this place yet when I tried to give him my address to have it delivered they had no idea where I was at and was again having a hard time finding me so I decided to just run and pick them up instead. I ran down to pick them up I got to talking with another customer in the place AND I didn’t check my food before I left. I get home. I have a cheesesteak with cheese sauce and steak. Nowhere in my order did I want sauce on anything. So I again called and questioned what happened to the lettuce, tomato and onions and this time I got the owner and he said that the girl at the front is new. She’s just learning I said OK that’s fine. I get it but now I cannot run down to pick up the hoagies again. Can you just deliver them? Sure, not a problem he brought them up about 40 minutes later which wasn’t an issue dropped them off they leave. I open the boxes. There’s no MAYO ZERO NONE on the 2 California cheesesteak hoagies so I called down just to ask what happened again and he told me don’t worry about the mayonnaise. You’re gonna love these hoagies. There’s just a little tiny bit on the bun. You’re not even gonna be able to see it but you’re gonna love it anyway I also put some oil and vinegar on the side for you 🙄🙄 I got nowhere with these people. Who the hell puts oil and vinegar on a garden cheese cheesesteak? I wasted 25 bucks. I don’t have mayonnaise here at work that I can just magically put on…. Needless to say I won’t be stopping or calling...

We called for a delivery(2 pizzas, hot wings) and were told 30-35 minutes...1 hr passed and nothing.My wife called and the lady said he was out with the order but had other deliveries. We then waited another 35 minutes(1 hr 35 minutes total) and nothing...this time I called back and the lady said "it's out for delivery, maybe he's slow cuz of the rain".....I asked to speak with the manager and heard her explain I was upset...the manager got on the phone and said "um he was in a accident and I will delivery your food".....here it is 1 hr 45 minutes later and still nothing 🤬🤬🤬...worst service ever!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND....Update: He delivered the pizza 1hr 55 minutes later....also said "accidents happen and we have new girls upfront"....I said I understand, but why couldn't anyone call me and let me know"? Also I asked if the guy was in a "accident" how'd he get my order to me within 10 minutes after talking to him? Lastly the order was wrong...what were supposed to be hot wings, were plain wings with blue cheese on the side...if I could give a zero I would....CUSTOMER BEWARE WITH...
