Took 59 mins to get my chn dummies. I love the food but idk lots ppl where vary mad upset and head to Deli plus to long of a wait to get help or even pay there bills to leave .. love the place .

oh my that was worsrest I seen for F&B services tho. I'm not here gives bad post to only so they see and read understand . I love the food... But need more workers or lots of extra other way to be able you keep up on very busy Nite with lots ppl coming back to Great Northern place to be ... True words please do...

Arrived around 830pm ish...had to wait 10 min to be seated even though restaurant was slow and empty. Water was never refilled. Fork was dirty so I asked for a new one...and the waitress handed me a plastic fork...to eat my ribeye steak. Steak was chewy and hard to grasp with plastic fork. Hostess asked to vacuum the area where I was seated and eating. Like it couldn't wait till I was finished with me steak. Waitress never asked how my food was. All workers appear young and inexperienced. Not coming back...

So the food is good flavor wise but it's cold and my mother got the wrong meal. I was super disappointed because they are also far too under-staffed. Us and 3 other tables have been waiting for 20 minutes without being greeted and this is after we waited for 25 minutes to be seated. There were plenty of open seats before we arrived. The casino as a whole knows that's service is #1 aside from making money. They know better and should do better. Staff...
