Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maidencreek Township

Got a free pizza email but safari wouldn’t open the redeem link, so I called the store directly to place the order. Young lady was pleasant and said to just show them the email when we arrive for pick-up. Got to the store and showed the newer young cashier the email. He was pleasant stating he would need to get the manager for help. The cashier asked how he could apply the coupon and the manager replied to him “you need to do it in the app” and then repeated that... the young man looked at me and I looked at the manager and asked if he was talking to me? He said you need to do it in the app, so I explained the online order difficulties and speaking with the young lady 10 min prior when ordering. He said “she’s new and doesn't know what she’s talking about”. At this point the pizzas are sitting on the counter and he’s hovering over me saying “it’s not that big of a deal so just reorder”. I refused and then refused the order and asked his name - smirking he said Marquis and bumped the counter with his body. Dominos- do you need employees this bad?!? My daughter and I, waited for an hour yesterday, for a simple large cheese pizza. When I asked for the last time for my pizza the said, they don't know what happened to my pizza. They offered me a pizza that was from a cancelled order. They said it was still hot so we took it, just to get out of there. We got 5 minutes down the road, and started eating the pizza just to find out it was not hot. It must of been sitting there for a while. While standing there for all of that time We noticed a delivery driver bring back a pizza, and then called out the persons name, he was standing next to me the whole time. So I bet his pizza was cold. Nether He nor I were offered a refund or some kind of offer due to the inconvenience. I travel rt222 alot, but don't think I stop in here anymore. Hope they fix this...

So with the experience I got from the 5th street reading Domino's store I came to the Domino's here in Brandon pa and was in aw of the difference between the 2. With the same ripped 20 I tried to use at 5th street and was turned away as a paying customer I came to the Brandon store and was afford some tape for the bill. ( mind you the bill was not torn all the way thru but a nice size rip.) I was like thank you so much cause your other store didn't even offer some tape they just said we can't take it and deleted the order. So with 2 pieces of tape wala and the 20 looked as good as new and went right into the drop. I want to really thank ghani who greeted me and helped me right away with some tape and Courtesy.
