I spend alot of money on dunkin everyday of my life seeing as how Im a manager at my job and tonight was ridiculous. I pulled up to the drive thru ten of 11 like I do every night went to order my coffee but no one answered the speaker so I drove around to the window. They seen me there and completely ignored me! I understand end of the night your tired and want to go home but Im tired too I just worked all day and have a 45 minute drive home all I wanted was my Iced coffee to keep me awake for my journey and to quench my thirst. Unfortunately because they had someone I haven’t seen before closing there store down tonight I didn’t even get that! Some dirty blonde haired girl with a hoop nose peircing, I seen the one tall afro american girl working inside with her who usually takes my order. Neither of them cared that there was still ten minutes left till the store was actually suppose to close or that I was sitting there at the drive thru wimdow staring at them waiting to place my order! If I or one of my employees closed my store early like that we would be out of a job it’s ridiculous! Needless to say I will be contacting corporate tomorrow I’m outraged at the way I was treated especially when I spend alot of money on Dunkin and am a frequent customer! Read moreThis Dunkin is on my way to work, so I go there a lot. It's hard for me to say this, usually it does seem like the workers are really trying, but I have just had tons of rough experiences there. One time I sat at the drive-thru speaker with nobody in front of me for a full 2 minutes before anyone said anything. Another time I walked inside, there were only two cars in the Drive-Thru and nobody in front of me in the inside line at all, and still it was several minutes before they got to me, and several more before I got my food because they were having trouble with the credit card machines. Several times they have almost given me the wrong thing, and it almost always seems like the workers are either confused at what's going on or just extremely stressed out. I don't mind waiting a little bit when I get coffee, but it's so frustrating when there's like nobody in front of me at all and it's still takes so long. It seems like this location is definitely understaffed. a lot of the time even on the busiest of mornings it looks like there's only two people there. So what I like my coffee a little faster? I forgot something on my order and was at the window paying and asked if I can add the forgotten item and they told me they are on a time limit and cannot help me and to pull back around to make another order. What kind of customer service is this? Let alone for their over priced junk? Then on top of that to make me feel rushed and tell me to park somewhere and they will maybe eventually bring my stuff out. This is the most ludicrous policy any drive thru can have, to make someone park while they wait on people behind you first. They never have any donuts or muffins here. Its a constant thing that you have to re order and think of other things you may want because of not having any of the core things there. This is especially irritating when you have a car full of family members and they all had their order set before you get to the window to then find out you need to have everyone figure new things out.
