This place is a bit odd to say the least. I've never been to a Rita's indoors for one, and honestly that really throw it off for me. I can't complain about the custard, but the atmosphere walking in is strange.
The first time I went I walked in and immediately realized how silent it was. The two (nice enough) people behind the counter said hello then sort of stood there staring at me and my family as we awkwardly whispered to each other about our order. Very very strange atmosphere in my opinion. They could really use to have a bit of music on or something?

Read moreI like this Rita’s, but there are a few areas of improvement since my last 5 star review here. Most importantly, the ice is not kept cold enough. It melts quicker and makes the custard run together so the taste is not discernible as you’re only half way through the cup. We both got different ice flavors, different custard flavors (love the variety!) and this was on two different days. Not sure if this is a refrigeration issue or the cases constantly being open due to the amount of customers. Read moreExcellent as always. This Rita's (once they are into warmer weather) produces many custard flavors beyond the usual Chocolate Vanilla and Twist flavors. Usual ones are Salted Caramel, Mint, Orange Cream, Cotton Candy, Butter Pecan, Blackberry, and a few additional ones. Wr have several Rita's to choose from but almost always choose this one for their variety. That doesn't include the wide variety of Ices they also carry. You won't be disappointed.
