If you enjoy hair and floor particles in your soup then this place is for you. I was at this location at 9pm on 3-14-19 and just wanted brocolli and cheddar soup, which the young girl said she had, she was working alone and a few customers were waiting so I was patient. She was doing her best to keep up but when my turn came for the soup she went in the back to get a long handle spoon for the soup bowl and dropped it on the floor. I'm under the assumption she will wash the spoon and then put it in the soup bowl before serving me but to my great amazement right in front of me she put that dirty spoon without washing it right into the soup bowl. The story gets better. I said did you just put that spoon which fell on the floor into the soup bowl, she tells me " it fell on the floor and I picked it up quickly so it can't be dirty, not like it was on the floor for an hour", WOW this is her argument that it can't be dirty because she picked it up quickly and she kept repeating the same story. I was literally dumb founded. Instead of saying she screwed up and this would never happen again she chose to hold the position that this is normal at this location behind the scene and she would NOT agree that she did something absolutely wrong in a food establishment, and of course no manager on duty to complain to. I told her to throw away that entire soup when leaving and how much does anyone want to bet that soup is still there to be served to the next unsuspecting customer. I will call corporate and let them know of this issue but complainig at this location will go on deaf ears since I don't think anyone cares due to having an employee like that working. Just imagine what else is being done behind the scenes. I went to Portillo's for my soup where I know things...
Read moreIt adequately fulfills its purpose: sandwiches 24 hours a day.
I usually go here late at night, so usually it's the one or two people working here, and the occasional middle of the night weirdos.
Food: decently made, edible. If you want better, go elsewhere. It's Subway, not your favorite Jewish or Italian deli, or for that matter, home made sandwiches. Have choices of bottled drinks or fountain drinks.
Service: barely exists to make your sandwich, get your payment, and that's it. These people look tired and don't want to be here, but it's a job, so hey.
Misc: Place is relatively orderly and clean. Never went to the washroom so can't comment on that. Parking is plenty. Watch out for the late night mobs who are DUI or DWI. An occasional Johnny or Janey Law Q can be found here.
It's a means to an end for late night food, probably better than McDonald's or Carl Jr's, though a far cry from an In-N-Out, but it's there and decent, 24...
Read moreThis is one of the worst places I have ever been to in my life, this place tried to make our sandwich without even washing his hands after mopping the floor. Not only that he was arguing as to why he does not need to and this was happening infront of us. When we asked again for him to wash his hands he simply walked away to the back and came back to tell us they are closed and basically kicked us out!!! Forget about ever getting served anything clean if this is the kind of hygiene they are using as standard over there. Sanitation need to come look at this place I am sure it would be shut down immediately. Do yourself a big favor and just go anywhere else trust me its not even worth it. Its a health...
