Came here during the extreme heat this past weekend and was very disappointed. The changing rooms/bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper, tampons an and other trash all over the floor. There were toilets that were covered in fecal matter and stalls that had no toilet paper. While we were in the pool we also noticed some huge chunks of toilet paper floating in the water. During the first 30 mins we were there after waiting in line they did adults swim and no kids under 18 could be anywhere but the splash pad, that caused the splash pad to be over crowded with all these kids to the point where my 2 year old could no longer enjoy it and it honestly became a safety concern. We asked a lifeguard when adult swim would be over and she was irate and gave attitude and stated it starts when all the kids are out of the water. I understand they were super busy and at capacity but the attitude of the lifeguards and the cleanliness of this place was terrible. I brought up all of this to the manager and all I got was excuses. We are trying our best, it’s too hot for the lifeguards etc. If your business cannot handle all those people or if you’re understaffed don’t let anyone else in. Also educate your staff on how to be polite. This was our first time there and we will not be going and definitely not worth the...

Overall, this is a good place to bring kids. There is a splash area that is gated and if you have little ones, you will have peace knowing they are OK and there is little to NO drowning risk in the area.
There are 4 water slides and two platforms to jump. Just know - there are two slides and two platforms which go into a 12ft pool. YOU CANT SWIM HERE - you have to jump and get out! The other two slides are LARGE and have a bit of stairs to access them.
There are TONS of chairs in both shade and sun! This was super nice. They have the lounge chairs and regular chairs.
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE - The swimming area doesn't go beyond 5ft deep! I love nearby parks which have the 12ft depth. ITS MANDATORY to use the floaties in the lazy river. I have a big chest and I can not fit in that floatie. If you are obese, you will not fit in the floatie either. BECAREFUL eating there - I threw up in the parking lot not long after eating a hot dog. And evn writing this post today, I am still nauseated. I definitely caught some food borne illness.
If you have kids - GO HERE! If you are an adult, skip this place and go to the Niles...
Read moreWent to Mystic Waters on fathers day with the whole family and 2 young children. We waited in line before entering and were told while waiting that coolers would be checked and no wagons or strollers allowed. After waiting in line for 20 mins prior to opening and another 20 mins to pay for tickets we finally got inside. We went to the kids splash pad area (which is great); the issue was the play ground was covered in cicadas. It took a multiple parents to complain for someone to come and “clean up”. The lifeguard who came proceeded to sweep very well by the water slide side where a supervisor could see, but on the backside just sweep everything into a drain pile. Then a few hours later we noticed a man (alone) with several beer cans laying out and smoking a vape (smelled like weed). They have the policies placed in the front before you enter where none of this is allowed. We felt extremely uncomfortable that there is no staff checking or even observing what was going on outside of the pool areas. With the price per ticket at $15-20 per person, I expect the facility to be clean and to be safe. Mystic waters...
