Horrible customer service. The worst!!!! Food was terrible and my kids would not eat it. Order was incorrect. Employee accused me of not telling her my order even though I repeated the order several times. I was in stall number four someone came over the intercom and asked me what stall I was in I repeated number four had to leave the stall and go through the drive-thru and that is where the nightmare began. The employee did not write my order down correctly. Then I was over charged because they charged me for the cheeseburger and drink that I did not receive with my original order separately instead of as a meal. Then the cheeseburger with ketchup only was a hamburger with ketchup only and there was so much ketchup on the burger my daughter would not eat it. I think the overly abundance of ketchup was some of the staff's retaliation for my complaint about the order. I waited so long for food in Malden that by the time I left my husband was already back in New Madrid. I reached out to the manager and she stated she would look into it but gave no apology. I reached out to the mayor to see who the owner of this franchise was and hopefully I will have better luck speaking with the direct owner this week. Read more(Updated Review) Be prepared to wait...can never come here anymore and get prompt service...staff seems somewhat distracted especially in evenings...day shift seems to be a little more pleasant. Most likely will be missing something from your order so hangout and check your bag before pulling off.
(UPDATED AGAIN)...Once again I come through and have been overcharged for food that they are not putting in right on the promo being offered...tonight I went in drive through and they charged my card for someone else's order in a stall...then said they can't give me money back cause I used a credit card to pay but come back some time and they'll give me a free shake...are you for real Sonic? My husband order a crispy chicken sandwich with extra bacon, was charged for the bacon, and then they put absolutely no bacon on it. I had to call and tell them we were charged for it and ended up with no bacon on it just for the girl on the phone to ask him if he put bacon on it or not 🤦♀️ The job is not hard so why is it this store seems to be ran soo horribly?
