Arby's — Restaurant in Malvern

Ok, my weakness is the inability to deal with stupid people. I admit it. Just no..... I've been to Arby's in Madison Wisconsin multiple times, in Benton Arkansas many times, and others across the country and have never seen such a three ring circus slideshow in all my life.. Nonstop shrill psychotic screaming and needless bellowing as well as profanity and inappropriate conversations. Albeit no one comes to a fastfood place for a professional atmosphere, they certainly do not come to see and hear these atrocities. Why the nonstop yelling and belittling? Appalling lack of professionalism. Feel sorry for the few sane people who work there. Some people are stuck there but some can certainly do better in life. Management apparently has no interest in remedying the problem. Probably won't be back. I don't witness this at other restaurants and I've sat at some for awhile! 🤦🏼‍♀️ As I was standing there tired, hungry, annoyed, and wanting to leave, the cashier didn't chase people down who hurriedly ran off without their receipt, cups, and whatever else they negligently left behind. Waited for several minutes to be acknowledged at the drive thru. Really thought the store might be closed...saw customers exiting the store so knew that was not the case. Not really wanting to go inside I wanted to drive away. However, I had orders for others so felt it was my duty to get their meals. Once inside, no one greeted me. The register to place an order was awkwardly placed directly across from what appeared to be the restroom. The girl working the register, while pleasant, spoke very softly therefore making it hard to understand. I do not have a hearing deficit. The two other women assembling the orders were in deep conversation about life. Customers were not their first priority. I observed several customers get their orders, not a one received a 'thank you' or any sort of acknowledgement. This location has changed significantly from when it first opened. I noticed a drop in food quality and the level of service from my last two visits, which were March 28th and April 3rd, 2024.

On the March 28th visit, I ordered through the drive-thru a beef and cheddar sandwich and a drink. I got all the way home 10 miles away and discovered they gave me a chicken sandwich.

On the April 3rd visit, I ordered the same thing again. A beef and cheddar sandwich and a drink. I got my food and peeked in the wrapper to confirm that it's a beef and cheddar, which it was. After getting home a few minutes later to eat my sandwich, I realized the meat was completely cold and sightly dryed out. It seemed like the meat had been sitting out for a while, and there was very little cheese, and the meat had no flavor.
