Hobo Joe's has by far been a staple for the Malvern Community and they have the best Snow Cones I've ever experienced. Family Owned so your purchasing from a mom and pop business. Ice is very fine shaved, so it literally looks like snow in a cup. No ice chunks or crushed ice texture. The amount of syrup they put on the snow cones 100% covers all the snow ice, which is a really great experience that the flovor is not lacking. They have any flavor you could possibly think of. My favorite is Cotton Candy, Pina Colada and Snow ice cream flavors. However, there are many more that also taste amazing like Tigers Blood. There are 2 large picnic tables on site, but if they are busy, the Malvern City Park is literally 1 mile down the road where there are more picnic tables and playground equipment for the kids.
