I always have a good experience here except the two times I've been when Raechel has working. I will no longer be purchasing an espresso if she is working when I arrive. I generally spend anywhere from $12-$25 any time I go there. Such a shame. First she wants to close 10 minutes early, said she could still sell me water. Who goes to an espresso shop to get water? You close at 5pm not 4:50pm. Then today she wants to charge me extra on a FREE drink that is usually made to order even after I corrected her about it prior to running my card. Even left out the extra vanilla and the extra caramel. Thanks but no thanks. Since a muffin is less than the extra she charged me, I asked if she'd just give me one of those to make up for it. I get I can give you a 20% discount. Uhm no, you've already overcharged me. It's like she doesn't know how to listen to anything that you tell her. I'm giving 5 stars because the other girls are great as well...

This is one of my 2 favorite places to get my morning go-juice! Everyone is really friendly, efficient, and kind. Every. Single. Time.

This is the type of coffee shop where you can roll through before you're quite awake, hand them your punch card and payment method, and (after a handful of visits) they'll just confirm your order with you and get started on it. I have never had anything that wasn't delicious, and in 7 years, I've never had bad service. (And I can at times be kinda complicated!)

Came in for first time today for myself that is anyway. Lol. The Ladies go above and beyond here. The sweet lady truly made my day this morning. I was just treated really really well! Much appreciated. Wasn't exactly sure what I wanted so She recommended a few cups and I got the "Black & White" Exceeded expectations by far and I truly enjoyed every last drop.
