Tasty Land Georgian Cuisine & Pizza is the place to visit, when you are in need of a great Georgian meal. This restaurant’s ambience is unmatched.
Tasty Land has a warm and friendly atmosphere. It is a great place for you to reminisce about Georgia (or experience traditional Georgian cuisine for the first time).
The restaurant staff were welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They were gifted at making ideal dish recommendations. In fact, the staff was representative of several corners of the world.
If your taste buds desire the best pizza in town, head to Tasty Land. If you are in need of a great borscht (Ukrainian soup), Tasty Land should be at the top of your list. Look no further!
I simply said “Lobiani minda (I want Lobiani.)” and Tasty Land came to mind. At Tasty Land, you will find authentic, freshly made dishes.
I was flabbergasted by the delicious taste of the Kartuli salad (Georgian salad). The precise blend of salt, pepper, and oil was magnificent.
Just for kicks, I drank some Chacha (Georgian vodka). It was awesome!
Note that the entire restaurant staff constantly works diligently to present a superb restaurant menu and a memorable dining experience. Check it out!
When you are in town, ask Tasty Land for chef Vano. I called him Vano (from the Comedy Show).
Tell the crew that Omar sent you. You won’t be disappointed by your...
Read moreMy fiance and I fell in love with kchachapuri (think like a bread boat of cheese with an egg in the middle) a few years ago and always feel excited to find Georgian restaurants that serve it. We discovered that dish randomly on youtube, we had never heard of it, LOL.
This place has so many additional wonderful options in addition to amazing Heavenly khachapuri! The beef soup has tender, delicious meat that smells and tastes like it has been cooking for hours. The chicken liver dish is wonderfully familiar for my immigrant parents who are much more accustomed to enjoying organ meat. The Georgian salads are wonderful (even something as simple as cucumber and tomatoes or the nicely herbed red bean salad). I always take at least 2 Georgian salads to go for leftovers. The dishes seem walnut-heavy, I guess this is a frequently used nut in Georgian cooking.
I highly encourage you to just order something new on the menu and then feel delighted by what you discover. So much more fun and different than the typical American restaurants, definitely give them a try! (Also... head over to California Cold Co for yummy coffee and sweet treats afterwards in the same plaza! Just know they might be closed if you are going...
Read moreOk so I've been here 3 times because the food is truly good but honestly the service is beyond lacking.
The first time we came, it was my husband and I by ourselves and they had just opened. It was Friday and a bit busy. We didn't get anything except the salad for over an hour. At one point we were about to leave and became extremely annoyed.
The second time, we came for mother's day with 13 people. The service was even more horrible than the last time. The food took forever to come out, they brought out dishes at different times so some people were eating while others were not. Also they forget 3 dishes entirely. When they finally did came out they were cold. No one was happy with the service at all.
The third and last time, I said I would do a take out order. There was no one here yet although it looked like they were about to have big parties. They told me 30 minutes for my order. I sat there waiting for over an hour.
So the food is tasty over all sure. But prepare to starve if you come already hungry because it is the slowest and most forgetful service I've literally ever...
