An Absolute Gem in Manatí – A Must-Visit! After many years, I finally returned to what was once a local bar—and I was blown away by what El Campito has become. Today, it is a beautiful, quaint, and charming restaurant, designed with all the folkloric charm of the jíbaro puertorriqueño. From the moment we walked in, I felt so proud of what this place has transformed into. The entire team is friendly, hardworking, and incredibly attentive. From start to finish, they made our family feel right at home. We started off with mojitos de parcha—perfectly refreshing and absolutely delicious! My daughters enjoyed beautiful frappés (Nutella and strawberry), and my son ordered a freshly squeezed lemonade that he said was “probably one of the best lemonades he’s ever had.” For appetizers, we shared una picadera, including fried mahi mahi, empanadillas de carne, mozzarella sticks, and carne frita. Everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. For our entrées: • My wife had the fish tacos, which were fresh and flavorful. • My kids loved their sliders. • I ordered the mofongo relleno de churrasco with the house special sauce—and it was exceptional. The churrasco was perfectly cooked, the mofongo was soft yet crispy in all the right places, and the dish was beautifully presented. It had been a long time since I had mofongo, and I’m so glad I got to enjoy it here—it reminded me of how amazing Puerto Rican cuisine can be when done right! By the end of the meal, my entire family was full, happy, and smiling. Thank you, El Campito, for your wonderful hospitality and for creating such a special place in Manatí. I can’t wait to come back and catch a live show next time—this is exactly the kind of spot that makes you proud to be Puerto Rican. ✅ Delicious Food ✅ Friendly, Attentive Staff ✅ Authentic Puerto Rican Charm ✅ Perfect for Families, Date Nights, or Just Good Times Highly recommend to anyone visiting or living in the area—this is a restaurant that truly deserves to shine!

El Campito is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest manager and hostess, and the service throughout the evening was impeccable. The staff’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made us feel at home. The food? Incredible. Every dish was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a small, intimate setting that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a hidden treasure. Whether you choose to sit indoors or enjoy the charming outdoor space, or outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and the live band, you’ll love the ambiance. El Campito is hands-down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. It’s the perfect spot to make your trip unforgettable. If you’re in the area, you must make it here. We got back the last night of our trip and our experience was even better. Thank you to out hostess: July & Mar for you excellent customer service. Highly, highly recommended!

Pet friendly. Great cocktails and refreshing lemonades. Friendly staff and got games for the kids. The fish wings are awesome, the rest of the food we tried is average. The restaurant lack of a menu, they needs a hard menu or a QR code to see the digital one. Lots of things are not include on the price of the plate (like sauces, bacon or other compliments like the mamposteao de gandules) so is really necessary read carefully the menu. With exception of the mushroom sauce, all extras come in proportion of what is extra change. The mens bathroom of the indoor restaurant does not have a toilet but do not despair, the one in the outdoors got. Depending the arrival hour parking can be an issue. They rent parking from local businesses in front on the restaurant but sometimes is not enough and people tends to block your car.

First and last time here. Went to El Campito on a recommendation and sadly, the service killed what could’ve been a great experience. The place looked very nice and the atmosphere was homey and inviting. We were greeted promptly and our party of 7 decided to sit outside. Drink order: -2 of the 3 Coconut Mojitos had to be returned because they were waaaay too sweet. 1 was perfect.🤷🏼‍♂️ -My “old fashioned” was just whiskey on the rocks with an orange twist on top. 👎🏼 My buddy ordered just a whiskey, neat, and it was perfect 🤷🏼‍♂️ Dinner: Here’s were the experience got killed…it took literally 1hr and 12min to get 4 of the 6 meals ordered and another 20 minutes to get the other 2.😳 Way under seasoned food and not up to par with the reviews I saw. The mamposteau de gandules was a little too watery to be a mamposteau. “Good” but, unfortunately, under seasoned… The “alitas de pescado” were nothing but fried batter with very little fish in it👎🏼 And at NO POINT during this, NOBODY was even remotely addressing the fact that we waited way over an hour to get our meals. Not even a “we are so sorry for your wait” or anything of the sort. I really wanted to liked this place but, even though this type of things happen everywhere, the over an hour wait without the slightest apology from the service staff or management, was the...
