On the last 3 visit I made with my family , the waiting time is approximately 30 minutes.
Tonight I visited the restaurant and there were about 16 empty tables , but I was told that the waiting time was about 30 minutes due to they were shore staffed on the kitchen.
After waiting for a long period of time , we were called to be seated, the employee was very friendly, I explained him our experiences in the restaurant on our last 3 visit, he said them at he was very sorry for it and offered his apologies, but told us that we can confront some delays in the food due to they were short staffed in the kitchen , that he will try his best to offer a good experience

Mngt Staff need to revisit staffing , if not customer like me will be start looking for other options were we don’t need to wait 30 minutes.

When I advised this item was missing I was told "let me see if there is anymore" ideally I would've appreciated being told that this was out as I placed my order. When it was finally brought out I was told it was cold as it just came out the fridge (warming this up prior to serving would've been standard). My partner ordered the "best" ribeye on the menu and asked for this to be cooked as medium. When the ribeye came out it was extremely bloody. They remade, we asked for it to be "Medium well" it came out the second time as "well done" (tough and charred from the bottom). This is a "steak" place how could they get this wrong twice?
The mac and cheese was dry and brussel sprouts were burnt to a crisp. I would NEVER eat herr again as it was a complete waste of money. Arby's down the street would've been twice as good...
Read moreWe had an awesome experience. We arrived with no appointment (I forgot the Covid issue and all the changes associated with it). So, once we arrived to the door, the personnel was nice and asked if we had a reservation. Since, I DID NOT call, immediately they added me and my family to the list and asked for us to wait in the car. So we did. It took them a very short time to call us by phone to let us know we were allowed to walk into the restaurant.
Temperatures were taken to each and one of us. They asked us to put some hand sanitizer and showed us the was to the table. Inside the restaurant, the table accommodation kept the required distancing from each other. Service was fast and the food came in as ordered. For a party of 6, all orders came in perfectly. The taste was much more than expected. We really enjoyed our meal. So happy to have chosen Longhorn to eat for our first time out...
