Wendy's — Restaurant in Manatí

MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT TO WENDY'S OF MANATI, PR NEAR PLAZA TRIGAL ON JULY 28, 2018 AT 10:21 BECAUSE LOTS OF MY FRIENDS SAID BREAKFAST WAS UP TO 10:30 AM. WELL TO OUR SURPRISE AFTER WAITING ABOUT 10 MINUTES IN CAR ORDERING, WE GAVE OUR ORDER AND THE WOMAN ON THE OTHER SIDE INFORMED US THAT THE ONLY AVAILABLE THING WAS BREAKFAST BURRITOS WITH HAM, CHEESE AND EGG. THE BURRITO WAS MISSING THE HAM AND THE COFFEE WAS TERRIBLE. I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD PUT UP A SIGN OR INFORM DRIVER NOT TO GO IN LINE IF THERE IS NOTHING AVAILABLE. THE MOST BAD EXPERIENCE WAS NOT THAT BUT THE WAY THE WAITRESS SPOKE. SHE WAS VERY RUDE. DID NOT LET MY DAUGHTER SPEAK INTERRUPTING HER WHILE SHE WAS ASSURING WHO WANTED WHAT AT THE BEGINNING. WE ALL HAVE PROBLEMS BUT THEY SHOULD STAY AT HOME ONCE WE'RE AT WORK. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE TREATED LIKE THIS. WE WILL NEVER GO FOR BREAKFAST OR ANY OTHER TIME AGAIN. WE WILL BE BETTER OFF GOING TO BURGER KING. THEY WILL ALWAYS TREAT US VERY NICELY WITH SMILES AND MOST...

This location gets really packed. The drive thru line is ridiculously long. Sometimes your better off parking and going inside to order instead.

The burgers were fresh. Fries were absolutely great. I loved the baked potato with bacon and cheese. The nuggets were also good.

The ordering process was a little annoying.. i went thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order was really impatient. I told her the first item i wanted and she automatically gave me my total without even asking me if i wanted anything else.

This Wendy's issues has always been the same and it's that is never clean. Not only the tables are always dirty so it's the floor but every time I walk up to the trash to dump the trade is always full.
