Gray Apple Market — Restaurant in Manchester Township

So I don’t leave bad reviews often. I like to give people chances because I know everyone can have a bad day. For that reason I have gone here at least 5 times on different occasions, and I have purchased things from here. Frankly I feel like I have to leave a review though I don’t believe it will make a difference because it seems that customer service is not the focus here. So what are the good things here? Beautiful store!! Love how she decorates and really is talented in that area. The first time I walked into the place I was so excited and loved the feel of being in the space. Prices are ok, not great but also not super pricey for somethings . The food and coffee has always been very delicious and tasty. Now what are the down sides? The customer service is horrible. Everytime I have gone in there I feel like they are doing me a favor and even act bothered to have to help me. I’m treated like I’m in a different class far beneath them. I have never experienced such snobby behavior as in this store. I’m truly disappointed because I love the products, and the feel of the store but frankly the nastiness makes the store completely...

Newer to the area and have stopped in a total of 6 times. 4/6 times they did not have cold brew and I was told they don’t make it because it doesn’t sell. I get that but why not take it off the menu? When they do have it it’s good. I have tried espresso drinks and ice coffee…. So bad that it’s kind of sad. The espresso tasted burnt and the machine needs to be cleaned more regularly because you can taste the old coffee and milk is steamed improperly. Now the ice coffee was literally water and I will post a photo. I drink it black and this had zero flavor. I try to support local but I can’t come here anymore and pay for crap coffee. It feels like someone just got bored and decided to open an aesthetically pleasing cafe without any clue how to make proper coffee. The place is very cute but horrible coffee. I haven’t really ventured to the home store side so I cannot speak on that. I have been to their most recent market and it was a nightmare for parking and had a bunch of overpriced “boutique” clothing and some handmade things. I hope they diversify the vendors...

I don't typically leave reviews but i am beyond frustrated with the customer service. I am from Canada and i ordered a item that was available on their website just before or on Nov 30 2022 to be shipped to my uncles in Flordia. I ordered it early as i am visiting from Canada next week and will be leaving the US at the end of the month. I recieved a notification a while ago from UPS saying the item was shipped however, no updates since. When i went back to look, I realized it says the shipping label was created which is not the same as the item actually being physically on the way. I reached out to the owner, and it was communicated to me via email that the store was waiting on more items to come back into stock (not sure why the system allowed me to order then). I was told it would be shipped last week; still no shipping updates. I contacted the merchant again via email explaining my situation and the frustration and no reply. If i knew that the item wasn't available I would've ordered with another merchant. This is beyond...
