Knotty Pine Tavern Inc — Restaurant in Manchester Township

It’s advertised to be open till 2am. I called around 12 (just because bars close early around here and I happened to just get off work.) I asked if they were open until 2 or not and the lady on the phone gave me an immediate no and HUNG UP THE PHONE before I had a chance to ask anything else. I called back just to see what hours of operation was and the same lady answers and says rudely “nine to nine” and IMMEDIATELY hangs up on me again before I had a chance to ask ANY questions. I get some bars close down early but it’s clearly communicated to customers. On top of that if your closed at 9 why am I calling at 12 hearing music playing and people in the background? Knotty pines doesn’t do professional, no etiquette no manners no understanding of how people feel. Also they are falsely advertised to stay open until 2 (which most bars in York are honestly) and then have the nerve to answer the phone and give the worst service the world has ever seen. KNOTTY...

Wasn't greeted was the 1st problem felt ignored really ... but no biggie it's a bar when you choose to not sit at bar u take that chance so have to walk and stand there while being starred at by regulars untill they notice. ask for menu then go back up order our food and drinks then have to go back up for drinks .. then we get the ole excuse me about 3 times bc we have no clue the bartender was trying to get our attention from the counter to our table to tell us we need to cash out bc the bartender change. No bill No total... no how was everything did you want anything else. But hey the...

Bartender was clearly drunk on her shift and therefore couldn't make a decent long island iced tea. I paid for the drink with no complaints however i chose not to tip her. Not once did I complain about my drink and when I left I said good bye and thank you. She waved and said goodbye but before I could make it out the door she said, "yeah thanks for nothing, she didn't even tip". I'm not going to tip you lady, you were drunk and didn't make my drink properly. Do i need to show you how? I live close by here so I'll be back on her shift, can't wait to see her again and not tip...
