I was here on 3/12/2022 at 11:41 to get gas. The gas pumps which are normally busy for a Saturday WERE NOT on this day. There were may be two or 3 other cars than myself. There were two gad attendants. I waited about 10 plus minutes for service. Then this elderly attendant came up to my window and rudely said "I guess you want service". Well considering NJ has yet to become a self-serve for gas, um yes, I need service to fill my gas tank.! I don't usually make it habit to hang out at gas pumps in my car just for the hell of it. Also earlier in the week, I got gas here in the morning, a younger gas attendant was rude when I gave him my debt card and he said it declined and then said "you have no money on that card"... I told him ther was plenty of money in that account. I than gave him my one credit card and asked for $10 worth of gas. He scoffed at me and said "$10 dollars?" At which I said yes. Maybe Wawa needs to retrain some of their employees in better customer service skills. I have been coming to this WaWa for years and have never encountered rudeness from their employees...

My gas gauge indicated that I was about to run out of gas so I pulled in and up to an open pump. No attendant was in sight. I waited and still no one came. I waited for a full five minutes and no one ever came out to pump my gas. I left and figured I'd give my money to the station up the street but lo and behold, they were closed. I am now en route to South Toms River and praying that I have enough gas to make it out there. I understand that it's cold outside and warm inside, but your attendants knew what the job entailed when they applied for it. You can make up for this grievous transgression with gift cards. A hundred bucks worth should do the trick. Please send them to Jess with the purple hair. I'm staying with my parents in Old People Village number 45.
PS. I made it to South Toms River. The new Wawa over here has an attendant and he is...
Read moreUsually I have pretty good luck at Wawa but this one just really dropped the ball. I stopped there on a Sunday to get gas and they were busy because of all the shore traffic with people coming heading home but these guys just wouldn't pump my gas. People who pulled in 5 minutes after I did were getting their gas before me. I shouldn't make a big deal out of it but I kinda expect to get served in the order you show up not have these guys just go to the car with the most girls in it . I sat there for 18 minutes to get served, thats ridiculous. If I had my debit card with me I would have pumped it myself but all I had was cash. The other disgusting thing from this wawa was the watermelon slices I bought that were way past the date and I didn't realize it until after I took a bite 🙃 gross. Tasted like mold and chemicals. I won't be stopping here anymore and to the gas attendants, I hope you got some...
