Ordered online and was told the food would be ready in 15 mins. This should be updated to read 25-30 mins on a Saturday to avoid an additional wait.
The ordering system could be improved - for orders at the counter you're given a number, and for online orders it takes a name. Our order took 25 mins, and when it was ready no one called it, instead the breakfast sandwich was put on the counter. After 5 mins I went up and checked, and had to proactively ask for the rest of the order. The breakfast sandwich was good, the muffin tasteless, and the milk I added to my coffee was sour as it had been sat out in the heat all morning. Also, the self-serve coffee in the canister ran out mid-cup and at this point I couldn't be bothered to wait for a refill.
