For the past five years, this has been my go-to spot for my morning iced coffee. I’ve been a loyal customer, visiting daily with the same order, and even tipping the staff $150 during the holidays, four times a year. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill recently.
My order is simple: iced coffee with regular cream, sugar, and a flavor shot. However, for the past month, the older gentleman who makes the coffees has consistently made it wrong. He refuses to add cream, claiming he doesn’t drink his coffee that way and thinks it looks fine. This interaction has become a frustrating routine where I end up with the wrong coffee every time. When I ask for it to be fixed, I’m met with attitude and long waits as staff members, who seem to be doing nothing, ignore me.
The quality of the coffee has also declined—it’s undrinkable. The manager is unprofessional, often glaring at customers instead of assisting. There’s always a line of people waiting while the staff stands around chatting. There used to be one employee in the drive-thru who went out of his way to help, even when he was busy, but now he’s gone.

Everything was fine until I got to the window and whoever that young man who wasn’t even in Dunkin’s uniform who served me my items was not personable whatsoever. Not only was he about to let me drive off with one drink missing, but, they didn’t even have the drink I ordered and proceeded to serve a side of attitude with that. On top of not even being able to look me in the face and giving a proper “have a nice day” or even responding, I just had my replacement drink which was apparently a chore to make for these people handed to me and off I went. Ended up having to ask them for more caramel and sugar. I ordered a medium Caramel Swirl Iced Coffee extra extra for a beverage, took them TWICE to get it right!!!!!! I also ordered a croissant LIGHTLY TOASTED with extra cream cheese because we all know of you Don't ask for extra cream cheese you will legit get a spoon full, if that. So after asking for them to put the extra cream cheese on my "lightly toasted" croissant, we leave. About ten minutes down the road I open the bag to eat my food and there's About a pound of cream cheese on my ROCK HARD CROISSANT !!! I will NEVER go to this Dunkin EVER...
