We tried Pizza 911 on Webster St. last night and had a terrible experience. The young woman at the front desk was very nice but everything else was awful. We placed an order for PICKUP and it took ONE HOUR AND 33 MINUTES for a small pizza and order of chicken tenders. We were quoted 40 minutes at time of order. When we arrived the lobby was full of people waiting to pickup. One woman who was running between the front and the kitchen said they were short staffed. She also came out at one point and said the pizzas would be out of the oven in 8 minutes! It was another hour and 12 minutes before we got our pizza. I understand being short staffed but why did they continue to take so many orders or why did they not warn people of the LONG delay? Where was the manager on duty to apologize to customers or distribute coupons or refunds for the issues they were having? Instead, you just watch them continue to take orders and get even more backed up. On top of it, I watched them hand out food that had been sitting under a small heat lamp for over an hour while waiting on pizzas! I said I would give them another shot if the food was delicious but it wasn’t. Our chicken tenders were barely warm and were tough (probably from sitting for an hour) and I don’t know how the pizza wasn’t bubbling hot when we finally got it but it was luke warm and not good. To say we were frustrated and disappointed was an understatement and the wait was a complete waste of time after a long day of work. I hate to leave negative reviews but this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had and I think the managers or owners need to know so this doesn’t...
Read moreEdit 5 days later: After the staff had reached me, I called to follow up today with all that had happened. James the GM of the Webster St location had answered and apologized and made everything right. Very polite and explained to me that they had a faculty meeting, in efforts to change these situations in the future. I am leaving my experience from the past posted below, but am changing my original rating from 1 to 4. They really do have great food, and their new chicken tenders are phenomenal (though I did ask for buffalo style tonight and they were given to me as original style...not really worth the complaint).
Called in an order at 10:58pm. Waited the “45 minutes to an hour”, and at 12:00am we called to double check the delivery status. At this time, we were told that there was never an order placed. We sat and debated with these guys, who literally never apologized once and doubted that we called the right place, and didn’t try a THING to rectify it. Just kept telling us we were wrong. I’ve ordered many times from there, but maybe the opening of 2 other locations just has upper management concerned about the dollars and less about the people who have been ordering from them for 6-7 years. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They think your legitimate complaint is a lie, and force you into thinking you’ve made a mistake. Take your business to any other pizza place. Domino’s is happy to serve you late night. These guys just want...
Read moreI have no idea what is going on at this location, it has progressively spiraled downhill. There is NEVER a manager available to speak to regarding complaints or issues. Everyone has a bad day, but the last 3 visits have been awful and I will no longer be patronizing this restaurant.
Rude staff that has no clue, and could care less. Don't know how to ring in their own coupons that I receive in the mail.
The food quality has slipped dramatically, and wait times are rediculous, even when they are not busy. Nothing looks appetizing or tastes good from there.
The prices are over the top for the quality and treatment I receive from the inept staff.
My last order, I called in, I held for 15 minutes, the employee told me I was lying it just rang, so I proceeded to show him a screen shot upon arrival. The recorded greeting isn't even for this location. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for my food to be ready, when I arrived it still wasn't ready and obviously not busy in there. We had a sub, burger and chicken tenders, it was not like I ordered a ton of items.
Called the Goffstown location, and spoke to a manager regarding this location. He was going to speak to the owner and call me back ... still waiting....
Overall impression, don't waste your money or time. Totally not...
