Was told it was a great spot for food and great service. Unfortunately not the case. I placed an order at around 6:00 and was told that it would be a 45-60 minute wait due to a busy Friday night. Totally understandable and willing to wait on the time given. I called at around 7:30 to check in on the delivery since it's been almost an hour and a half. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone said it would be there any minute. I called again at almost 8:00 to check in on the order and spoke to a young lady. I explained to her the situation with the wait and how it was frustrating because it's been about 2 hours since I place the order. In a rude tone and voice she said it was a Friday night; as if I should just deal with it. I spoke up and shared that she was being rude and that I understood the Friday night situation but 2 hours is uncalled for to wait for a delivery with no communication. She snapped an "ok bye" and hung up on me. I called again and spoke to a different lady and she explained that the delivery would be here soon. Food arrived after 8:00 and it was cold. While this is a great spot for a quick bite, a sports game and a beer, and most of the staff are quite welcoming and friendly, it only takes one to make you walk in and say oh great she's working. A bartender who works nights mostly is quite off putting. From yelling F.U. to patrons she is quite comfortable with to being down right rude to customers who come in too close to her wanting to leave at night. Your sign out front says your open so most assume it's true! Saying you got 5 min and you gotta go after serving a drink, then saying unless your with the regulars at the bar! Rude! Not good service! If you don't like your job get a new one! Kim and Kara there are awesome, and the tall blonde bartender is awesome, But the big one is the worst service we have ever gotten there. We go quite often and enjoy meeting friends there but there are friendlier spots. Really dissatisfied, twice in a week we had the honor of being waited on by her! This pizza was so good, I did a little happy dance while enjoying it. The crust has great flavor, had the right ambling of crispness but still foldable like a NY style pie.

The whole pie was evenly covered with cheese and the pepperoni placement was glorious. Sauce was savory and lightly sweet, and oh so delicious.

A 16 inch ran me $14. Hands down the best deal on a pie around Manchester, even beats the market basket on flavor and affordability. This joint will definitely be my go to for pizza and I’m excited to try out the specialty pizzas.
