Venice Old Style Pizza — Restaurant in Manchester

My husband and I decided to try a new pizza place. This was a bad idea. We ordered a grilled chicken buffalo pizza. It took over an hour for the 1 pizza to arrive. The driver was acted surprised when I tipped him. After he left, we realized that had made us a fried chicken buffalo pizza. We were pretty disappointed, but ate it because we were 2 starving parents. In addition to it being the wrong pizza we ordered, it did not taste good. There was something off about it that was very unappetizing. We've both had plenty of fried chicken buffalo pizzas before, but this one was hands down the worst. It's pretty annoying to spend that much money on something that you don't want AND have it not taste good. We will not be giving them another shot.

Update: We did not call and ask for them to make the correct pizza because it was 9pm and we did not want to wait. I’m sorry that I have to leave this negative review, but that is the purpose of reviews, to share your experience,...

We ordered delivery from here and not only did it take an hour and a half for the food to arrive, but it was burnt, soggy and cold instead of hot. The food was made incorrectly and clearly had been sitting for a long time. When we called, the customer service was severely lacking, all they could offer were excuses for why the food was as repulsive as it was and offered zero solutions. We were told “It’s delivery, what do you expect?”, well I expect my food not to show up as slop, I expect to get what I paid for and not inedible trash. I expect that not only shouldn’t my food arrive in an inedible condition but also that it shouldn’t take anywhere near as long as it did to arrive in the first place. I’ll never buy “food” from here again, it was nothing short...

Venice makes some of the best pizza in Manchester. They’re consistent and they know how to make the perfect crust and cook it perfectly. Sauce and cheese are always perfect and flavorful. Toppings are high quality and distributed nicely. This absolute banger was a large cupping pepperoni pizza (you must specify if you want cupping pepperoni) cooked well done per my order. It was incredible, delicious and was delivered hot and fresh. Check them out if you love awesome pizza. I’ve been ordering from here for 3-4 years and have never been disappointed. Consistency and quality is key and they nail both.
