Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mangum

The general manager, Kat, was incredibly rude. We came in about 30 minutes before buffet hours were over, and they told us what was left out was all there was, and that they weren’t putting anything out. I had to purchase additional food just to have an actual meal. She then proceeded to yell at the guy I was with when mentioning the buffet. Granted, she yelled that we would be getting the leftover buffet for free, but unprofessional nonetheless. Once we were settled in and everything, the gears shifted a bit, and we were able to enjoy a partial meal.

Traveling on the road, you look for places like this in the middle of nowhere, that has a buffet. So to come in and be told nothing more was being placed out, disappointing.

Other than that, the pizza I ordered was great quality, as well...

This was the PH in Mangum, OK. Horrible Experience. To start, trying to order chicken for the kids and the manager informs us that her fryer is out and won't have a new cord until Monday. We then ate and requested to-go cups and the manager tells us that she's all out of cups, there are more in the storage facility out back, but she got to work late and forgot her keys, so she couldnt unlock it to get them. Hi I don't usually do this but my experience was not even remotely descent. Don't get me wrong the food was great, how ever the service wasn't. First it took at least 15 mins to come take 9ur drink order then another 15 to get our food order. And on top of that after ordering it took another 25 to 30 mins to bring out our food and not once did they ask 8f we needed a refill on our drinks. So in total we spent over an hour on our 1ne hour lunch break there. so if u have the time to wait the food is great but if you don't then I would not...
