Me and my wife came to visit west Iowa and wanting to stop by for lunch in Manning. We thought Cliff's looked like a fine establishment but we were wrong. When we first stepped inside building we looked through the menu and salad bar looked particularly appetizing that day. So obviously me and my wife both got salad bar. The total was $22 which is fair I guess. The problems started to emerge when we began to eat. There was plenty of options don't get me wrong but after going back for more soup the waiter stopped me and practically cut me off from the salad bar unless my wife and I wanted to pay DOUBLE!
