Two things became apparent during my recent visit: a) this business does not care about its community and b) this business does not care about delivering quality product or service. The business clearly has a sign posted on its front door stating only two customers at a time are allowed inside and all customers must wear masks. COVID-19 guidelines simply designed to protect our community. The apparent minor tending to the counter quickly showed his lack of interest in preserving the community’s health by enforcing the guidelines. The employee allowed two customers to wait inside for their orders for 20+ minutes tying up the customer capacity (a clear inconvenience for other customers showing a disinterest in customer experience). During this time, the employee allowed several customers in to get their orders, clearing violating the guidelines (showing a clear disinterest in public health). After waiting 30 minutes past the time given to me to pick up, I was finally able to safely make it indoors. The employees had not even began to cook my pizza, and told me I’d need to wait at least 10+ more minutes. The only other employee also appeared to be a minor. The establishment lacked supervision to maintain order or to complain to. During my time spent waiting, the employee allowed customers without mask to enter the store. Once I got my order, it was clear the employee simply did not care about delivering a quality product. The pizza was slice into huge uneven chunks as if it was prepared for a caveman.
TL;DR: If you want to receive a quality product, you want receive a pleasant customer experience, or you simply care about your health and that of your community, I suggest you take your...
Read moreEver since the store has moved to a new building the quality and customer service has been atrocious to say the least. I've had several problems with the store since they hired more kids. Incorrect delivery orders, missing items, non cut pizza, etc. I just tried to place an order thus evening where a male said " big mamas hold" then proceeded to hold me for 14 minutes and went to talk with his Co workers. He came back and hung up on me without checking if I was there. This is obviously the hold tactic many lazy workers use to avoid working. He could hear me and my fiance talking that very second to each other when he clicked us. I find it disrespectful that kids can't do such basic things like talk to a customer or read a piece of paper stating what they ordered. Of course like all restaurants nothing will ever be done about this. I have made this review on a trash account to avoid future orders being spit on or trashed. It's not like I'm going to eat at McDonald's, they...
Read moreWe had 2 Big Momma (meat lovers style and supreme) and they were delicious! Lots of meats and melty cheese on a slightly crisp crust. Quality ingredients make a great pizza! The front girl (server) genuinely seemed happy to be there and was eager to make our experience great! Small but very clean dining room (clean restrooms too) give it an intimate feel and the wood plank walls and tables (booths) lend it a very beautiful and rustic look. We had a party of 4, with 2 Big Mommas and we easily took half of it home (equal to a whole pizza) and that's fine cuz I'm not gonna mind eating the leftovers!!! (Actually looking forward to it). I'm only visiting the area but I hope to come back before I go home (in less than a week) but I WILL be returning when I come back in November... I am DEFINITELY recommending Big Momma to...
