Well, we went for fish (first Friday of Lent, and they made food fish last time we were there). 1 bartender and 1 waitress (who was working her first shift ever). Went with another couple their food came fast, though not all of their food, after 25 mins we asked about ours. I was told their is only 1 cook it takes time. But we ordered at the same time and our friends had finished eating we had not received our yet. We were not the only ones. We witnessed customers leaving after 30-40 minutes. Not blaming the staff. The owners should staff accordingly. If you have a Lenten fish fry have enough staff to cook and serve it.
