Los 3 Mayas — Restaurant in Mansfield

Let's start with a positive, the food was very good and our server was great! Now the rant! As me and my husband are there were two ladies at a table close to us. I over heard (not hard they were loud) laughing about a gentleman that had fallen outside of the restaurant. There isn't a ramp and apperantly he fell hard and the blonde lady asked him if he was ok. He replied yes and showed her he was tough by showing his muscles. Then proceeds to joke about it. He was clearly a nice guy as he approached her before he left and he spoke to the owner about get a ramp built for others in need. After he left even the manager/owner joined into the joking and bashed this man to the point my blood was boiling! How is this ok? That man did NOT deserve that at all! He paid his bill just as I did! It's people like this that make our world terrible! Very low life's!! And no shape is his misfortune open game for shallow people to make fun of! Expecially the owner or any of his staff! Last time I checked without people such as this man you wouldn't be in business! They do need a ramp for everyone to use!...

This was a horrible restaurant with staff just as bad. We waited at least 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us and then even longer to be sat. We had a table of 5 and quickly ran out of chips and salsa but never got more. It also tasted like jar salsa. No chunks of anything, just smooth, bland salsa. Our waitress didn't know how to pronounce things on the menu or make our drinks. The horchata ha no flavor. She then told us she tried it herself and thought it was terrible. I ordered the flatuas, which were supposed to be chicken. They came out as pork and it was terrible. I told the waitress, didn't eat even half of it, and her only response was that it wasn't her fault because her little phone said chicken, even though it clearly wasn't chicken. Great food! More options than many other places, especially seafood.

Would go here again. Great place to take the family or a date or whatever.

The portions were at least reasonable if not generous. Everything was tasty and beautifully presented.

The service was prompt and accurate. The host and server were pleasant and polite.

Clean, well lit, colorful and unique artwork made for a visually stimulating experience without being distracting or intrusive.

Didn't use the bar, but they did have some drink specials that seemed appropriate for a Mexico Restaurant. Could see that they had more options than Tequila, so if you want an adult beverage that isn't a Margarita,...
