McDonald's — Restaurant in Mansfield

I am so disappointed. McDonals in Mansfield La just lost our business as of today. I stopped by Mc Donald’s in Mansfield Louisiana this morning as I would normally rather than to go to any McDonalds in Shreveport. Ordered the big breakfast as usual. I split it with my husband and notice more than normal butter but only one syrup (for years I have always received two on my tray) . I go to ask the attendant for another syrup and she tells me that it will be .38 cents. I specifically asked for one syrup and one butter. It was not like I was asking for three syrup.I’m not one to argue, so I pay. I will never be back. McDonalds Mansfield La is a place we often visit when we go to our camp house during hunting season and at least once a month thru out the year. I understand the pandemic is a big thing right now, but I think that condiments should not be charged for unless the customer is aware by having some type of signage at...

I rode in from texas, abit disoriented from a drive on a long dark narrow road, and stumble into this small town; never noticed on the map before. It seemed I had a police escort, as soon as I came into town-a city cop in back and a state cop in front. Not wanting to hassle with the company, I pulled into this spot. I needed the usual, a restroom and coffee anyway. I then decided to have a burger to munch on for the remaining hour drive to a village called natchitoche I was going to. It had been awhile since I had had a burger at mcdonalds. the service was polite but they seemed puzzled when I asked whether this was "Campi"; don't really blame them. The burger was really greasy. I soaked easily 50 napkins trying to dry it up abit; not sure what mcdonald's is...

Pretty easy to find in the town of Mansfield!

We were just passing thru - well, down I-49, and popped thru the drive thru.

We got breakfast as it was still early. Just a coupla Egg McMuffins and drinks.

The place was not very busy so we were basically in and out. The order was correct. I know, you wouldn't think that needs to be mentioned, but nowadays you just never know.

Both employees were friendly, not acting like we're bothering them. Again, something that SHOULD be able to go unsaid....
