Wing Express — Restaurant in Mansfield

I ordered wings with all flats. They delivered over 3/4 drums after charging for all flats. When I called to report this the individual on the phone said he was, "having a real hard time caring", despite having charged us a fee for all flats, and stated they didn't have a lot of flats. I asked why they didn't state that from the onset, and he claimed the owner didn't speak English despite the owner telling him we don't have flats and resolving the argument in third person over the phone. Don't really seem to care about costumer service. I considered it an out character circumstance. However, when I went to the store in person the next time it was filthy and the person taking my order asked why I "had to be difficult" when I requested no nuts for my child who had a nut allergy. VERY Poor dining experience. I heard the food here was exceptional so I tried it. Too bad. It was a mistake. The owner's children were running amok in the place the whole time I was there, the plastic fork and spoon were too small to eat the food. The naan was flavorless and may have been purchased at a local Stop and Shop grocery store. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala - it was as flavorless as the naan. The restaurant was shockingly filthy - the children there had apparently stepped in some food and were tracking it all over the place they ran back and forth past my table. I have heard from multiple people how good the food was supposed to be - maybe the fact that it's on a college campus should have told me something. Food is alright but all of the curries taste pretty much exactly alike with different chunks of meat added in. I ordered food from here a couple times to try different things, but as I said, the curries all tasted the same. Additionally, the naan is from a packet and is tastleless. Also, delivery is the worst. Easily takes more than an hour and the people do not even pick up the phone half the time. I ordered food around 9:30 once when closing was 11:30.
