A Kulcha King on Wheels - Amritsari Heaven Served Curbside!!!! I recently found myself drawn to Ruh's kitchen after tasting their amazing food at a Lohri event that they catered. It is not just another food truck; it's a mobile portal to the bustling streets of Amritsar, specifically tailored for those craving the authentic taste of Amritsari Kulcha. Perfectly crisp yet soft, the texture and taste- divine!!! The spice blend is clearly authentic, offering a delightful warmth without being overpowering. The filling is generously portioned and seasoned impeccably. Each bite is a symphony of textures and flavors, a true representation of Amritsari cuisine. The chole (chickpea curry) is rich, flavorful, and provides a welcome contrast to the buttery kulcha. The accompanying chutney adds a welcome layer of freshness. Ruh's Kitchen operates with impressive efficiency and cleanliness. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, with the staff happy to explain the offerings and answer any questions. Be prepared for a possible wait during peak hours, but trust me, the kulcha is worth it. They have tables set out so that you can enjoy the kulcha when it is piping hot- to truly appreciate it. Right now they are in the Circle K parking lot on Airport and Yosemite but seems they will soon be parking across the street- so hopefully parking won't be an issue. Ruh's Kitchen is a must-try for anyone who appreciates authentic Indian cuisine. If you're looking for a taste of Amritsar without leaving your city, Ruh's Kitchen is your culinary destination. Just be warned: one bite, and you'll be hooked! Possibly the best Amritsari kulcha you will taste outside...

I recently tried Ruh's Kitchen, and I must say — it completely exceeded my expectations! From the very first bite to the last, everything was packed with flavor, love, and authenticity.
Food Quality: Absolutely top-notch. I ordered their Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Tandoori Momos, and each item was cooked to perfection. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and had that perfect balance of spices — not too oily, just the right texture. The naan was soft, slightly crispy at the edges, and the garlic wasn’t overpowering. The tandoori momos were a surprise hit — smoky, juicy, and full of flavor.
Portion Size: Very generous! One portion was more than enough for one person, and the packaging was neat and secure (especially important for delivery).
Hygiene & Packaging: Impressive. Everything arrived warm and sealed properly. Cleanliness seems to be a priority here, which adds to the trust factor.
Service & Delivery: Super smooth. The delivery arrived on time, and the food was still hot. The team even included a small handwritten thank-you note, which was a really sweet touch.
Pricing: Fair and worth it for the quality and taste. You definitely get value for money — both in portion size and flavor.
Verdict: Ruh's Kitchen is now on my list of go-to places for comfort food and Indian cuisine. Whether you're craving North Indian curries or fusion snacks, this place delivers — literally and figuratively!

The Amritsari Kulcha was one of the best I’ve had in years — rich, authentic flavor that I’ll happily drive two hours one way for, just to enjoy again. The Chole that accompanied it was equally fantastic. We also tried the Chicken Curry, which was delicious as well.
The only downside is the lack of a proper seating area. They have a small garage about 500 feet away, but it’s a bit inconvenient to carry your plates, especially if you’re with family. Plus, you’ll need to order again if you want anything else, which can be a bit of a hassle.
However, despite the minor inconvenience, I’d gladly visit again just for that amazing...
