Main Street Pizza Manti — Restaurant in Manti

We have eaten here many times in the past and have always enjoyed the food and customer service. This used to be our go-to restaurant when visiting Manti. Today's customer service barely earns one star. Apparently they are not able to put toppings on 3/4 of a pizza. "No, only halves" was the cooks' curt answer. Really? I'm paying for up to 3 toppings on the whole thing but they can't hold back toppings on anything but half? 3/4 is a pretty simple concept. Is this how the new math works? Fine, we'll go with toppings on just half. Then one of the two crrdit card readers wouldn't work. They said the other one works but they couldn't unplug the non-working one to plug in the working one. Huh. The new girl working the register was nice. She is an asset to the business. It's too bad the cook lost his employer business today. We left to head 7 miles up the road to Roy's, where the customer service, atmosphere and food were all much better! Highly recommend the short jaunt up the road. Roy's will be our new go-to restaurant for our trips...

The pizza is not bad (though other branches are much better than the one here in Manti) but their Costumer Service is awful! I called in for a delivery order and was told it would be 40-50 minute wait. Well that seemed a bit excessive, but I was willing to wait. TWO HOURS later I still didn't have my order, so I called into the store asking if I should come pick it up, and all they would say is that they thought it was on it's way and that I would just have to wait some more. Then if it still wasn't there in another 30 minutes call back and they would try to do something. I am sorry, but I have to wait 2 hours, call in to figure out what is going on, and then wait and call again before I am finally given the time of day as a paying costumer? Seriously bad business practice. Shame on me- because this isn't the first time this has happened either. I am officially tired of trying to work with...

Not very impressed. The pizza was ok it wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to write home about. The red headed guy working behind the counter needs to find another job. He had no personality to speak of, and acted like he would rather be somewhere else quite frankly. He didn't offer anything to drink or offer parmesan or red pepper packets to put on our pizza. He just kind of brought the pizza out and walked away. When we left, had it not been for our son saying thank you, he would not have said a word. I think another pizza joint or two would easily put this place out of business. Will most definitely NOT be back and would not recommend to anyone. Try Godfathers pizza. Now THAT'S a pizza. 😋🍕.
