Hy-Vee Market Grille — Restaurant in Maple Grove

Tonight my husband and I went to get a salad from the salad bar and a piece of chicken from the Market Express, Maple Grove MN HyVee! Horrible! I worked for many years in the grocery business as a cashier and front end manager! The customer service that I received tonight was horrible. There were several people standing around talking to each other, several people looked at us and turned around. A lady asked my husband if she could help him and he pointed to me and said help her first. She turned around and walked away! I was livid by this time! We were the only customers in line! I get it if you have certain people who can handle food and some who are cooking, but really! This is not the first this happened to us, we were ordering a pizza and the two people who were manning the oven looked at us like we were bothering them. I walked away from that incident being pretty uptight, but thought I would give it another chance! Well tonight was the last time I will visit the Market Express! I proceeded to watch a man try to get his food which was chicken and it took him 20 mins to get it and then had to bag his own takeout! It was kind of crazy! Hope you can rectify this...

The food at this market grille is better than most. It’s the people who work here that really make you not want to come. I am not sure if it’s an age thing or pure lack of common sense & respect for its customers. It does not matter how good the food is if customer don’t feel welcomed. I usually visit this location on Sundays for dinner and this is the 2nd week in a row I’ve encountered issues. Last week a young Asian girl just acted as if she did not she me at all. And when I approached the counter for check out she spun the bag holder around for me to bag my own items at the MARKET GRILLE. When I watched her bag everything else for everyone else in line before me. Today 3 girls stood at the register only one working as I stood in line waiting for an order I had placed and was picking up. Not once did anyone ask me if I was picking up or placing an order. The pharmacy at here was good now it’s going down hill …. everybody seems to have a attitude.

I went to get my booster it was like a effort for them to have to do it .

Here …..fill this out … then we will take our time , we wanna let you know we don’t look at you or explain to you what’s going on just sit down and wait not another person at the pharmacy…….

It’s going on a half hour and not a word …. Another lady came to get her shot and the both of us just sit here and nothing ..

I drive 45 min to come to this store I can tell you one thing I will not be back …
