Teresa's Pizza-Maple Heights — Restaurant in Maple Heights

We just moved into our dream house and now live two minutes away from Teresa's Pizza. Potential life-long customers. Ordered for the first time, and pizza is pretty tasty. However, the "Large" pizza is incontestably a 'small' by any other Pizza place's standards. Rather impossible to avoid feeling disappointed when I order two larges and what I get is barely enough to feed two people. Like I said, pizza is pretty tasty, but the disappointment about portion size tends to eclipse that in my mind. If I wanted enough pizza to feed 5-6 guys for poker night, I'd need to spend $$$$$$$ on twelve "large" pizzas.

Romito's Pizza which is 12 minutes away sells a full sheet for $32 and it's delicious and it's more than enough for poker night.

The worst Teresa's pizza I have been to. On mothers day we had a $60 order. 1 extra large pizza and 1 Large pizza with a FAMILY SIZE Salad. When we got home we found that we received the QUART of salad instead of the family size. We called to ask for either the rest of the salad to be delivered or a refund for the salad only. The Manager refused to do anything about this and stated there was nothing he could do about the situation. He couldn't issue a refund nor would they deliver the rest of the salad. We had a coupon specific to the Maple Heights store for a special that included breadsticks, only to be told that that store doesn't sell breadsticks and those coupons don't apply to them. The employee was extremely rude when letting us know that we had to wait outside when we were only letting them know we were here for pickup. The pizza was awful. This was my first bad experience with Theresa's although this was my first time at this store. We can normally eat Theresa's pizza cold which means that's a great pizza.
