Love this cafe!! Love the food, love the staff, love the atmosphere!! Love the cool Coffee Art !! Specious seating, meeting room for private gatherings, and plenty of parking. Very clean work environment, and delightful & friendly staff. Food is DELICIOUS, made fresh, and made with love. I love when Rob makes my morning sandwiches; they always come out perfect, on point and taste Stellar. Rob is a Rock Star!!! All staff are lovely. There is good work flow and communication amongst the staff when it gets busy. The flow is effiecient, flawless and excellent customer service. I am always quickly greeted with a genuine Hello, and upon receiving my food/drink- I am always Thanked for stopping in and to enjoy my food/drink. I should have bought 2, because i ate this sandwich so FAAASST!!! I dont know what it is.....call it the 'Goldilocks situation'......but i have had the same breakfast sandwich made by multiple staff, and many times the sandwich is overdone, the cheese is overdone, or one time i ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches- one sandwich had 2 English muffins tops, and the other sandwich had 2 english muffin bottoms. Rob has the golden touch when it comes to this breakfast sandwich. He makes my sandwich on point and flawless!!! Please recognize his Flawless food mastery skills!! The service here is beyond slow!! They are clearly understaffed.

I had to ask if anyone was there because no one said hello in the drive thru. I got a malt and a shake for me and my son, which took over 10 minutes to get. They tasted like ice and that is it. I went inside to get them corrected and have now been waiting over 10 minutes for one of the staff members to even talk to me.

After waiting the person who made the malt and shake came up and I told her the issue. She did not say one word to me, looked annoyed by me. Took them, went and made new ones. Brought the new ones that were half full this time and again did not say a word to me. No apology, no thanks for waiting. Nothing!!

Oh and I have been here several times and I am finally fed up, it is beyond slow every single time I come here and the service is worse than horrible. This place needs to get it together if they want to stay in business!!

I will be calling management to demand a refund.

Just tried to call and their phone number is out of service. I am NOT happy whatsoever.

My wife and I love to visit here since we recently moved to the area. We always like getting sandwiches and Blackwater Bubble tea and enjoy playing games and spending quality time together.

Today (9/15/24, appx 9:30am) we just order the Blackwater bubble tea with almond milk. We both have dairy problems, one intolerance and one allergy. We probably have ordered this a dozen plus times. It comes out looking different than usual, more creamy. Okay maybe something changed with the tea blend, we sit and start to chat. Well we each have a few sips, probably 2 to 4 ounces and we both agree that it's off. I go to the counter and ask the barista if this was made with almond milk. She says it "should have been". Well, both of us are now home, sick.

Its disappointing that if there was a mistake that the employee would have owned up to it. Thank God neither of us have a serious allergy otherwise this would have likely hospitalized one or both of us. A label or even writing on the cups to convey what ingredients go in would...
