I was ordering 2 meals and 3 extra sandwiches. The menu has changed and I asked what sauces were on the sandwich..teller did no know. I asked the difference on 2 sandwiches..they did not know. While waiting for our food my grandson said he wanted another sandwich so I ordered 2more. No receipt or order number was ever given me so I was not sure what they rang up. When I got the first order I said I asked for 2meals plus sandwich. I was told they were cancelled. Then they blamed me saying I confused the teller. Why didn't they go thru the order if they were so confused. My grandson usually ordered grand turkey club so tried both the ranch bacon..no ranch...and then got 2 bacon Swiss...good sandwich but only half the amount of turkey..more lettuce than turkey and just as expensive. Needless to say you better know what you ordered and get a receipt to show what you ordered so you can check the bags before you leave. Workers need to know what is in the new menu...I was told.. I don't know cause it is not on the register.! Maybe some training is in store. I realize the health situation is hard on restaurants reopening but you had plenty of time to train employees if changing the menu. I go to Arby's every week but usually get French dip...grandson wanted the turkey club...wrong thing to order. Love the food but that location needs...
Read moreFood and service was great, but the manager and employees at this restaurant went above and beyond. My family was passing through Sioux Falls on a long trip and we accidentally left our sons medical bag at the restaurant. Thankfully someone turned it in as it not only had my sons epipens and other medical supplies, but it also had my wife's wallet and car keys. We didn't realize we were missing these items until 3 hours down the road. Turning back would have added 6 hours and an additional hotel stay to our trip. When we contacted the store the manager offered to personally ship these items to our house. I offered to pay but she said that wasn't necessary. Two days later, the items were delivered to our home with no issues. We are so appreciative of their willingness to help and generosity. I would highly recommend...
Read morePersonally I’m not impressed. Ordering inside was such a mess. The manager I believe was training someone, I caught on to this and said my order slow and clear. I waited while the manager was training her but the manager was so impatient and honestly wasn’t treating the new cashier well at all. Finally it came time for me to pay, I tried to swipe a prepaid gift card and the swipe wouldn’t work. The manager was very rude to me when I asked if I could just try the swipe a second time and if it didn’t work I’ll try a different card with a chip. She was very huffy puffy. Not sure if I caught her at a bad moment. I try to be understanding of people who work in food service but the comment from her about “not to sound snobby but do you have a card with a chip?” Was not appropriate.
