This evening at 7pm I purchased two foot longs for me and my spouse (half for dinner and half for lunch tomorrow). When I returned to my truck we couldn’t bite through the bread because it was either over cooked or old. Originally, I was going to ask for new bread so they wouldn’t have to remake it and waste food. However, when I told the guy with the glasses and dry personality who made the bread it was hard he made it seem like I was in the wrong. Then he called dry non smiling Cindy over and she said well we make bread twice a day (it was 7:44 pm at this point (THE BREAD WAS OLD AND FROM THIS MORNING) again they did not care about what I was saying and they were looking at me like it was my fault that we couldn’t bite through the bread. So I said you couldn’t tell it was hard when you made it? He said all bread feels soft…. He threw the sandwich with hardest bread away before Cindy came over BUT neither one of them would open the sandwich when I asked them to so they could see that I was not wrong. In the end this guy had the nerve to bring out new bread. At that point I was done because you’d rather give me old bread because you were too lazy to go in the back? I word far too hard on the road 24/7 to get this type of treatment. Bottom line is they had terrible customer service and did not care about anything I had to say so I made Cindy give me a full refund of $27.50! Everyone was super friendly EXCEPT THE GUY WITH THE GLASSES AND DRY NON SMILING CINDY YOU GUYS BLOW. For my fellow drivers don’t waste your time here you’d be better off getting an Instacart, Walmart delivery or a Door Dash. Time and sleep wasted thanks...
Read more0 Stars because I didn't even get to eat! I walked in at 8:23am. They open at 8:00am (the sign on the door says 7am but whatever). There were two employees and I guess an off-duty employee that came in to complain to them about something with the DMV. The two employees were setting up the case with food because both cases were completely empty. I thought that maybe they actually open at 9am and aren't open yet? I stand there for 2-3 minutes while they set up the case and talk to the off-duty employee. No employee has said a word to me at this point or even acknowledged my presence so I ask "are you open?" The (I assume) manager lady with blue or purple hair says "yes, we're just behind." So I wait another 2 minutes for them to finish setting up the case. The young man asks me what he can get me. I tell him my order and he starts making it, before we get to maybe step three he's asked the manager two questions about how to put toppings on the bread. He has the most attitude of any working employee i've ever seen. Exaggerating his motions, sighing and just obviously upset that he has to work. The final straw was when he asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said yes (it has cold egg and bacon on it, kind of obvious I would think) This creates a whole big deal because since they started everything up over 20 minutes late, the toaster still needs 7 minutes to be ready to work. I said, well no thanks then and left. What a waste of space this Subway is, I won't be back and advise you...
Read more8/22/25 1PM CST- The male worker failed to keep his work area clean, when I told him the area was unacceptably wet to place my sandwich onto, he chose to argue instead of not setting my sandwich in water. He then used his hand to wipe the liquid from the counter before grabbing my sandwich without changing gloves. Why is so much liquid allowed to sit on your countertop for sandwich making? As far as I'm aware sandwich making is not an aquatic operation. I walked out and I will do it again if you do not change.
Clean your countertops, change your gloves, and your countertops should be dry before you set a...
