Furniture Mart USA — Local services in Mapleton Township

I was missing a couple small pieces from a bar stool order through Unclaimed Freight. The customer service there was lacking and they just dumped the issue on to Furniture Mart. I drove across town, not sure what to expect. Heather (showroom) and Riley (customer pickup) were both amazingly helpful and friendly! Honestly...I dont recommend. We purchased a recliner, within 5 months had to claim warranty cause the frame bent. Got a in store credit so we got a couch with warranty again. Within 5 months had to claim warranty for bent frame....they replaced the frame and here we are again 5 months later and the new frame is bending. And can't replace it cause warranty only covers once.
