Lucky's Boba Tea — Restaurant in Marana

The owner and the workers are alway very friendly and helpful. I go here fairly frequently and the horchata milk tea with boba and the Lucky’s drink (matcha and coconut) are both my go-to’s. I also really enjoy having the horchata one with coffee. I’ve tried quite a few drinks on their menu and have enjoyed all of them so far. The boba is also very delicious. I’ve tried the crystal boba and it’s tasty but the normal boba is my favorite. I really like the pricing with the drinks and sizes. Typically I like this place for its convenience, however I ordered the largest size, paid 6.75 base (not including tax or tip) for a "jumbo" drink which per their label is the price for a jumbo and was given a large. I pointed it out to Kris before puncturing the lid and was told the advertised prices at the register were incorrect. So, the advertised prices are wrong and you didn't get a jumbo like I ordered? Poor service, and poor response. Next time I'll go somewhere more professional and with better drinks. Also, they put the rods for the foosball table in the wrong locations. So the table is basically just decorative instead...

Absolutely love this place. The lady who makes her recipes for this family-owned shop, her daughter, and so far every team member I’ve met there have been so kind. The drinks are delicious, they’ve soooo many combination options to try, and I’m always eager to see which new homemade recipe is their special for the day or week. 5/5 stars for sure for their drinks, their food, their help with deciding what to order, their kindness, their attentive to cleanliness and safety, and especially for also giving back to the community too.
