NO STARS. Unfortunately, you have to choose at least 1 start to POST a comment. This is my first time ordering pizza from this establishment. I ordered a large specialty pizza. Half was the Twin Peaks Supreme, the other half was the meat lovers. Both, are $17.49 each for a large whole pizza. When I got to the pizzeria, my order price was $3 more than a large. I told the girl at the front the price was $17.49 and all she could say was sorry. She gave no explanation as to why it even cost me more and didn't even look into it. If a large supreme is $17.49, even if you charge half the price, it still does not equate to $11.49 for half a pizza, which is what they charged me for the half of the supreme. And they charged me $8.49 for the half meat lovers. This is BS!! And honestly, it's only $3, but it's about the principal and the integrity of the way you run your business! It makes me begin to wonder if someone working the register charges the "wrong" price in error, then goes back and "fixes" it later. And then pockets the extra money as "tip" money!! What a rip off! And the girl that took my order over the phone didn't even tell me it was going to cost me EXTRA just to do "half & half"!! I can go to Domino's or Pizza Hut, or even R & R pizza in Marana, and they don't play games like this, making you pay more to have a half & half pizza. On top of that, the pizza was mediocre. The meat lover's pizza was over loaded with dried up meat that was hard to bite into and hard to chew. I actually felt sick after eating one slice. The supreme, however, made up for the nasty meat lover's. I emailed the establishment to let them know about my disappointment and that I think people should be warned that they are going to be charged more than the advertised price when they get there!! Let's see how they chose to go about resolving my concerns.
Truly disappointed and terrible first impression, Twin...

Great recipes Not so great staff š
The girl at the front is literally the human form of "I wish you were dead" like she has no other expression or demeanor which we always ignore, I mean she takes our order, takes our money and we get food. That's really the point.
But I'm starting to think if all employees have the same blah attitude then maybe that's why the place itself is becoming more blah every time too?
I'll keep going as again we ignore all that it's cool she not rude she just not happy maybe š¤ but that's no one's fault specific to the place I hope.
Now as I stood up to order another slice for my son and I, I stood there for what felt like forever. And I got lost in watching the kid make a whole pizza for the only other people there. I watched as the kid tossed and stretched the dough, pretty impressed, then I saw as with his bare hands he reached to his ear to tap his earbud, then proceed to stretch the dough with that same hand. Even then my loyalty made me think, "I mean he barely made contact with that thing" and as I was making yet another excuse, the kid takes his bare hands, into his sweatpants pocket, reaches for his phone pulls it out grasping it with 2 hands. He makes motions likely changing his music idk. Then tosses the phone on the same prep table right next to the pizza he's still making.
I immediately sat down as another slice was no longer an option. Debating if I tell these people what I just saw. (I didn't, I failed u, I hope you didn't get sick and I'm sorry)
This is a good place but it needs probably some real management to ensure consistency...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star I would. No one seemed to want to listen to my concern or question. I just needed to know what crust was on the pizza I received because of a dangerous food allergy. I didn't want any refund and don't care that any refunds or concerns go through doordash, they didn't make the food. I wasn't asking for any money back either, at all, ever. I just needed to know if one of the 3 diffrent size pizzas I ordered got made with the correct crust. Doordash has no clue, but a concerned restaurant or manager would if they retrace the order and check with staff to see if they recall if the only size on that order that could be made with the gluten free crust was. That seemed to be to hard to fathom or even try to find out. After a staff member had to play Chinese telephone with a Manger rather than the manager just get on the phone and address the health concern. She was just as dismissive and didn't listen nor offer to even check. Instead it's Doordash fault because they probably grabbed the wrong pizza she tried to explain. Again it wasn't my question. All of the toppings were correct on the 3 the only issue was the crust, I seriously doubt at 7pm an order came in with 3 diffrent pizzas that someone in the kitchen would not be able to say with some sort of reasonable certainty that one of the 3 from that order got made with gluten free crust. Horrible custom service. This sucks because it was the 1st time we ordered from the business after we had heard such...
