Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Marana

This store has its good days and bad. We used to love their icy cold beer on tap, but apparently they no longer carry Bud Lite on tap and are going with bottled. Really? But they carry other brands on tap. Upsetting, but tolerable. Our last visit we not only got the new waitress on the block, but clearly she had not been adequately trained. They were also out of everything! No juice for the baby, "Oh yes, we have chocolate milk!" only to come back and tell us they don't. No beer as the keg wasn't working and we refused to accept any other brand. We like beer, but not enough to drink the competition. Everything that could go wrong did on this visit. In the past we've had some great visits, but seriously, they need to keep Bud Lite on tap as it is the leading seller in beer. Otherwise they better plan on seeing their sales drop and less return customers. Pizza is great, when they do finally...

It's been years since I ordered a Pizza Hut delivery. The changes are expensive and portions tiny! I ordered two personal pizzas to make the minimum, thinking I could eat the 2nd pizza on the road tomorrow. The order person was very pleasant. Delivery was efficient and pleasant. These pizzas aren't as big as their original personal pan pizzas from the past, either. There were eight (8) slices of pepperoni on each pizza. I ordered 2 of these, and delivery charge was 5 bucks. I added a $4 tip for the driver. Total bill: $27.35: That's $23.35 for the two tiny pizzas! ($12.68 EACH) I know this is chain wide, not this business, but I should have walked next door for a beer, a burger, AND fries at the Texas Roadhouse for same or less cost!! I pleasantly surprised by how well they’re wings are. I don’t if I’ve ever had wings from the Hut of Pizza. I got the lemon pepper 6 pc. on a Wednesday so I got that special on the wings, like $.50 a wing I think🧐. Don’t quote me on that. Anyway, I got it traditional, opt-out for the sauce, pushed the dogs outta the way and went to work! After I quickly shook off the shame from staring at a pile of bones from some being that did not necessarily need to be consumed by me for my sustenance but you know what? The wings were so delicious and they were actually dry rub and not just sitting saturated in heavy grease like a place where Wings go idle.
