McDonald's — Restaurant in Marathon City

I wouldn't give even a star. I ordered my food and waited in like 20 min before getting my big Mac sand and fries! The fries were cold and barley even luke warm! For waiting as long as I did this was unacceptable! I walked inside and asked for My money back for the fries or new fries. The cashier (whom I felt terrible for) yelled back to the manager rosey who then peeked around the corner and went back to her business without saying a word to me! My husband and I waited another 5 min and at this point it was obvious she didn't want to make things right and wasn't going to come and assist us. She said she didn't have time. Being in retail and a store manager I no this is not how customer service works! Busy or not you handle the situation at hand. Again the cashier was great and friendly and apologetic for being short staffed and im sure she is taking all the heat from upset customers.... I also understand being short staffed but 1 u shouldn't be open if you don't have the staff to run even half way properly and 2 if your low staffed your lobby shouldn't be open because obviously they couldn't even keep up with the drive through...(there were also 3 ppl inside waiting for food)

Also the last time my husband and I were here his hashbrown was cold and his sausage egg mcmuffin had no egg! Will NEVER return to this...

I typically do not give reviews unless I have a great experience. This review is the extreme opposite of that. I stopped the other evening to grab a quick supper for my 3 kids, who insisted on happy meals, my wife, and I. The worker was incredibly rude while ordering the happy meals which I did the best to brush off and I stayed positive and continued onto ordering my wife's meal and after 3 more incredibly rude replies from the worker about another simple order I had enough and said you can please cancel my order and we drove away. I will never be giving this place my business again, I would much rather support a locally owned eatery any day of the week. I understand everyone has bad days, but this was beyond a bad day rudeness, and I truly hope no one else has to experience...

Fries were cold, order was wrong & talked into speaker asking if anyone was there for a few minutes before we pulled up & ended up hearing them take the next vehicles order. Had to go back around to give our order again waited for a guy to finally ask & kept giving us our total before we were done ordering he then rudely ask if there was anything else. Our reply no thank you so much, his just drive around to the 2nd window. The person at the window was nice but you could tell she was overwhelmed & not by order's. When we got our order the fries were disgusting definitely past their QA, the ketchup only double cheese burgers had everything on it. So not only was the guy rude but obviously doesn't know how to put a order...
