Frosty Frog — Restaurant in Margaretta Township

Stopped here today and I honestly can’t say if this place is any good or not. Waited a little over 10 minutes for them to make a malt. Several other customers came and went, no malt. A woman comes with two milkshakes that she had previously purchased to complain that they were flavorless. She received two new ones, and again no malt. At that point I decided it wasn’t worth waiting any longer so I left. Is there a free malt sitting on the counter? Who knows, not me. I left without even asking for a refund. The staff at this establishment doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. I understand that it’s the beginning of the summer season but there should be some one able to handle the handful of customers...

I ate at the Frosty frog and the food is usually really good but tonight a young girl with a long braid waited on me at the window..I got pizza burger...it was terrible..it was grease soaked and looked like they cooked it in the deep fryer.Ive Been sick ever since I ate it and the bag was greased soaked too.Another thing that turned my stomach was that young girl waits on people at window and touches the dirty money then goes back and touches the buns etc without wearing gloves..I doubt if I will go back there.Not sure if same owners but food has...

Drove there from Bellevue because my boyfriend wanted one of their drumsticks. As we pulled away I was feeding my dog his ice cream so I didn't notice until we were almost home that whoever made my banana split dumped the end of the nut container in and the whole thing just tasted like salt. I had to toss it out. What a waste. Tried to call them back so they could have the opportunity to make it right, but they don't even answer their phones. I wouldn't waste my time driving...
