I came to eat with my family on 3/13/2020. I dont eat much but still I bought three buffets. My place barely had anything on it, and it was the ONLY plate I fixed. The guy/cook/owner....they dont have any employees....came to get our plates off the table. He proceeds to tell me that the food is too expensive to be throwing away, because I still had food left on my plate to be thrown away. It was nasty so I didnt want to eat the rest. I told him i had already paid for our meals and that that was the ONLY plate of food I fixed for myself. He then tells me that i cant eat inside anymore that I wld have to order take out. My husband asked him what was the point in saying anything about the food I was done eating if I paid for an all you can eat buffet, but he upset because I didnt eat all the food on my plate!!!. He continues to speak with his barely speaking English behind. I waved him off and told him he wont get another dime of my money!!! He kept talking so I told him again that he could move around and throw that food away that was left in my plate. This isnt the first time they have had attitudes at Lucky Star. It is not our faults that Lucky Star isnt making enough money to pay their Bill's. The owners of Lucky Star...the guy and his wife have nasty attitudes and the food has since fell off and isn't as good as it once was. My advice to others in the area....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. LUCKY STAR IN MARIANNA, AR.....WORST CHINESE PLACE IN THE DELTA!!! (I LITERALLY HAD TO GIVE THEM A STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW. I RATE THEM A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS (-5)). Costumer service is horrible and the restaurant isnt clean. I will also be contacting the BBC: Better Business Bureau!!! Everyone has a right to know what to expect when patronizing an establishment.....you pay your money, you expect quality service! Read moreSo my first time trying lucky stars was good, so I decided to go for a second time. Just this time was different. I noticed that my food was pretty high for what I ordered, given that I ordered off the big stack of menus that they have on the counter. The wife was at the counter waiting for me to order the whole time. Never did she inform me that the prices on the menu I was ordering from were old, and they have a sheet of paper taped to the counter where the prices and menu are updated, so once I ordered and looked at my receipt that didn't have anything on it but the price I proceed to go back to the counter and ask her why was my food so high that's when she informed me that I was reading off the old menu and that those are old prices I told her I understand but why are there a stack of these old menus here and also why you didn't inform me about the changes while I was ordering I guess she didn't appreciate me questioning her she began to raise her voice telling me I don't understand her and talking over me she was very rude for no reason so her husband come out from the kitchen asked her what was the problem in English and she began to tell him in and they was going back and forth in they native language and he proceed to tell me the same as she did and I informed him as well I understand but you guys are misleading the customers with this menu and she once again started yelling so I just took my food because it's a no refund policy and thanked the man and left today was my second and last day going to...

I asked him what was the difference in the prices that he was giving me and the difference that of the price is online he said, do you want it or not and I said I’m just asking you the difference in the prices because you’re charging me more than what your price online says And he hung up the phone on me.
