Traveling through Kansas and been looking to experience a Bierrock and finally found this gem! The bierrock was fresh out the oven and delicious. Bolsos, we had the ham and cheese and the breakfast bolsos really good, all had generous fillings also. Went and ate them across the street in Central Park, afterwards went back to get more to take on the road...along with a pan of cinnamon rolls, yum. Owner and staff really nice, helpful people. Stopped for a quick lunch on our way through town. We were offered a lunch special which included our choice of bierock or bolso, chips, cookie, and drink. The owner was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was quaint and wholesome. We tried a pizza bolso and a bierock. They were delicious! You can't beat the flavor of the homemade dough! I would definitely go back if I'm passing through...
