Chinatown Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Marion

Ordered on the Chinatown website. Ordered house special lo mein with the option to select beef, chicken, or shrimp. I selected chicken. Got home to see it has shrimp! My son is allergic! I call to get it fixed with chicken. Drive all the way there again, with the full uneaten shrimp lo mein to show them, my son tells the lady no shrimp 2 more times because he's allergic . Get home and this time there is chicken AND SHRIMP!! Called and the manager insisted my son said with shrimp! If he wanted shrimp then why would we have returned it the 1st time?!?!? Manager kept insisting my son said with shrimp.... He's allergic... He refused to accept that the lady did not listen and that my son wanted shrimp!!!! Then hung up on me!!!!!! Never again!!! Such a waste of time and money and gas!!!! I have the picture of my receipt showing "chicken" but idk where to post it. Also, the stores website menu description does NOT say shrimp is always...

If you are a Mongolian Beef lover please do not buy it from this place. I’ve bought this dish a million times from some of my regular Chinese spots. However this is the first time it was disgusting. First off why would Mongolian Beef be swimming around in a brown gravy sauce? I thought it was pepper steak and gravy or the wrong order but the employee working the register on 5/20/23 at 9:15pm confirmed it was indeed Mongolian Beef. Y’all take a look at my attached picture and see for yourself. Whoever is back there cooking CAN’T and if that cashier told me this was my order in error please reach out and refund...

If i could've picked 0 stars i would have.. We ordered tonight and are always prepared for a hit or miss because sometimes the food is really good and sometimes it's not so good. Tonight was the last time for us. It was awful. Every dish we ordered was terrible. The sweet & sour chicken was soggy on the outside & rubbery on the inside. We also ordered lo mein, plain fried rice, pork fried rice, an egg roll & fried wonton. Every dish went into the trash and we ate cold sandwiches for dinner. Guess its a good thing because we didn't get a single packet of sauce in the order. Total waste...
