Passing through this small town and came across this coffee truck. Didn't expect much at first but they took me by surprise. Service was offered with great smiles and patience (we had questions as we've never been here). I think the owner has a pretty specific palette. The drip and iced coffee are both on the sour side with lower bitterness. They use good cream. They didn't have liquid sugar for the iced coffee so we asked them for melted sugar, which they glad did for us. We also ordered a hot sandwich, which was great. The barista knew everything there was to know about the items on the menu and helped make some recommendations based on my preferences. Service was very fast (Starbucks could learn a few things from these guys) and I received my hot drink in a sturdy cup with a lid that was tightly secured, and my cinnamon roll came in a box along with plenty of napkins and a fork. I was very surprised to pull up to a coffee truck, but it was fantastic none the less! Such a cute little setup! The staff was so friendly and they had tons of different options for drinks and offered $1 muffin add ons! Also alternate milks, which is a huge win. I got an almond milk latte with caramel flavor.
