Dunkin' — Restaurant in Marion

Extremely rude especially the "manager" if that is what u want to call them ... I asked for a cup of ice and would gladly pay for it .. Then I also ordered hash browns with my order I got my sandwiches and no hash browns .. No big deal we all make mistakes but to have the manager argue with me and say that I didn't ask for them when I did and it clearly says so on my recipiet which I also didn't get after I paid ... And to have a manager tell me other wise and make me pay for the same thing twice .. And then trys to tell me a story when I jus want NY stuff to leave ... I see him walking up to the woman manager and talking about me and the situation and they start to laugh me !!!?? What kind of business is that ???? I don't appreciate that at all. Its quite rude on thier part . and the guy manager doesn't need to sit there Nd tell me a story over hashbrowns that I did pay for so yo hurry up and have him stop his story I just paid for them again .. Smh ... And instead of him just ringing me out he continued to try to justify himself after the fact he and his buddy there laughed at me. U should tell then people have jobs to get to and need to hurry up to get there. I won't be stopping by this location any longer . u lost me as a customer daily . I will gladly go out of. My way and go to another dunkin that is not owned by the same owners because it clearly shows that my money doesn't affect them in any way .and I also would appreciate it if the woman manager didn't have a dirty loom on her face as I'm waiting for NY food instead if helping out her crew she stood there and yelled out the time to the girls working ... Example 2 mins ... 2 mins and 1 second. 2 mins and 3 seconds ??? Like what the heck is that if there not going fast enough y don't u stop screaming out the time and help them out so they can beat the timer I just don't get how they run this store at all . I will let all NY friends know yo not come there as well . good luck with ur business with those two running the...

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts regularly for the past few years but today 10/13/21 will most likely be my last time going there all over a penny and a rude and ignorant employee named Shelly. All the money I have spent at this Dunkin Donuts throughout the years and because I was short a penny ordering my usual 2 egg and cheese wraps Shelly gave me a mean and dirty look and made insensitive and disrespectful remarks at me plus she tossed the bag and I will positively not except that kind of treatment and abuse ever. I filed a complaint with Dunkin Donuts headquarters regarding this matter. I hope to hear back from them soon and they take immediate action with this employee. She has no right to be nasty and degrading and shouldn't be working with the public with that kind of attitude and behavior toward customers. And like I said because I was short a penny but she really showed her true colors....

This review is not really about performance, but it's about the world taking away another thing that I like..

I used the drivethru today, i tried to get my usual order that i usually get every morning..which is a Bacon/egg/cheese on an everything bagel, with a side of loaded hashbrowns (hashbrowns covered in melted cheese with bacon bits).

They proceeded to tell me they don't sell loaded hash browns anymore, and also they don't have any everything bagels or croissants.

It felt like Dunkin' Donuts asked me to open my legs, and they then proceeded to punch me twice where the sun doesn't shine.

My life is ruined and I'm going spend some time in my shower...
