First off, they did a nice job with the old Richard's place. Service was really pretty good at a time when most places have forgotten what the word means. We had the Chimi's. The chicken was really very good. The beef was not bad, but not something that I would come back for. Now, the rest of the food was just not. The one thing I love is the combination of rice beans and salsa with chips. The beans were beans. The rice was, eh? The salsa to me was more like tomato paste with a "little" added to it.
